My 25 year long career in the contact center market started as a Training Consultant for a leading planning software provider based in London and responsible for clients in Europe and Middle East. From there I moved to a large American banking corporation to manage a resource planning team of 25 people in a multilingual and multicultural environment. In parallel for I have also collaborated as a coach and trainer with business schools and entrepreneurial organizations. I have been part of the Call Design family since 2012 covering different areas of expertise from consultancy and training to sales.
