Jon Wolfe

Hey! I’m Jon Wolfe. Originally hailing from the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia), my journey has taken me through Fairbanks, Alaska, and Portland, Oregon. Now, I proudly call Nashville, TN home. I’m a father to two wonderful daughters and a pet-parent to several cats. I’m also fortunate enough to be married to a driven wife who, believe it or not, somehow keeps up. When I’m not collaborating with my clients or CDNA team, you’ll find me immersed in family time, teaming up for video games with my better half, indulging my coffee cravings, or on a foodie quest.

As an account manager, I strive to build meaningful relationships and maintain an expert knowledge of our cutting-edge WFM solutions. I’m dedicated to crafting personalized strategies and finding new ways that will holistically propel your contact centers to achieving even greater success.
