Kary Horsley

I’m Kary Horsley, born and raised in Kansas City, Kansas. I have called Smyrna, Tennessee home since 2010. I started with Call Design in August 2022 and have been in the Contact Center Workforce Management space since 2005.

My favorite thing about Call Design is the commitment to the customer and employees. Our team of passionate experienced individuals will stand alongside you, making it easy for you to succeed.

I enjoy visiting the beach and watching almost any type sporting event, but my favorites are the Kansas City Chiefs. I also attempt to play golf; I am not very good, but I sure have fun!
